Actually the food was average. I liked the atmosphere of the store and the staff were quite friendly. To our tastes, Pastel de Nata tasted just average compared to other restaurants in Lisbon or Porto. However, since this part varies from person to person, I think the taste was okay. However, after paying the bill, it seemed like it was a bit more than I expected, so I asked for a receipt and at the end, it said it was a service fee and an additional 1.65 euros had been added. This was already my 5th trip to Portugal, and it was my first time seeing an extra charge like this, not even at a restaurant, so I was shocked. I thought the policy might have changed in the meantime, so I came out, but I was a little angry because none of the restaurants or cafes I visited added service fees. It was my first breakfast with my family and I went to a place with good reviews, but I left feeling very upset.
This is genuinely the best pastel de Nata I’ve ever tried! Creamy, with a tint of cinnamon, ALWAYS freshly made – delicious! Don’t judge too hard, but we also accompanied this dessert by a glass of cherry liqoure – yammy:)
Nata Lisboa Porto offered a cozy space, though a windbreaker would be beneficial due to windy conditions. The food, especially the delicious pastel de nata, was satisfying. Quality tea complemented the experience. Prices were reasonable, and while service fell in between, it didn’t hinder the overall enjoyment.

Ordered two pasteis de nata to takeaway. Bit more expensive than other places in city.
They are more savoury than other pasteis de nata and not as sweet.
Not bad but not the best.
