Beautiful café bar in amazing Marvão! During winter time the fireplace is always working, beautiful environment! Very friendly staff and gorgeous drinks (Barona Local Beer) the food is superb!
Absolutely the worst experience! We were told they had no toast, only salads and a charcuterie board with local products. We opted for the board, but the cheese and bread were shockingly dry and not worth the price. To make it worse, they served toast to other tables despite claiming they didn’t have any. Unacceptable treatment of customers. A massive letdown! 👎😡
Very pleasant location, but a bit frustrating. They have a limited range of food. Mainly toasted sandwiches. The tasting plate was small & poor value with sour olives, 1 type of cheese and three meats.
The ordering is via a QR code system that is only partly implemented. You make your selection, then have to show your phone to the waiter, who either writes it down or takes a photo of your phone! Payment is made at the end by going to the bar.
Only salads and sandwiches on weekends. Slow service. Food was average and a bit expensive (8.50eur for a basic salad)
Nice little cafe, the best part is the terrace which offers fantastic views.
